Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Because YAAR is a print-on-demand brand, every piece is custom-made just for you. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery Time & Couriers

Once dispatched, orders are shipped via standard premium couriers across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city.

Total estimated time from order to your doorstep: 5 to 9 business days.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of Rs. 300 per T-Shirt nationwide. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over Rs. 4,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its journey.

Return & Refund Policy

Custom & Print-on-Demand Items

At YAAR, every item is printed specifically for you when you place an order. Because of this custom nature, we do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection. Please be sure to double-check your sizing before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Quality is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or features a misprint, we’ve got your back.

  • Reporting an issue: You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • How to report: Email us at yaarwear@gmail.com or message us at +92 323 5111105. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send a free replacement as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your bank account or provide store credit.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incomplete address or unresponsiveness at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
